I am a full-time LMS Administrator and Instructional Designer with over 10 years of experience designing and delivering learning solutions in regulated, healthcare and enterprise environments. In addition to my full-time role, I am available for part-time and contract instructional design projects, specializing in Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Captivate (with a primary focus on Rise).

My experience as an LMS administrator uniquely informs my instructional design work, as I understand not only how to create engaging learning experiences, but also how courses must be structured, packaged, tested, and deployed to function seamlessly within an LMS. This dual perspective allows me to deliver learning assets that are thoughtfully designed and technically compliant to assure a smooth launch! 

The organization where I am employed full-time values and protects its proprietary learning content; therefore, I’m not able to share examples of some of my more complex instructional design work—particularly courses that include role-based pathways, branching scenarios, and non-linear learner experiences. The samples included here are intentionally more generic and represent only a portion of my work.

Be assured, however, that I have extensive experience designing involved, decision-driven courses, but I am thoughtful in honoring the confidentiality requirements of the organization where I am employed.
